Our coaching relationship begins with an initial complimentary discovery session, designed to help you and I learn more about each other. You will tell me what you are looking for in coaching and what kind of support you need.
In this session, we’ll talk about where you are today, what changes you want to make, what goals you want to achieve, and the lifestyle you would like to live.
Conversations of this type can last 20 minutes, or they can last 2 hours, but even a 15 minute conversation offers so much valuable insight that many people leave this session empowered and with more clarity about their future.
If we both feel that coaching would be beneficial to you, I will propose the coaching options that would be the most suitable for your situation and the most appropriate way forward so that you can start achieving the results you desire as soon as possible.
My Coaching Approach
My coaching is not about focusing on the past; it is instead about creating the healthier future you want for yourself.
The type of coaching I do is holistic, and I specialize in coaching both men and women who:
– Need to improve their health through Fitness
– Want to build a stronger body to copy with life’s ever increasing demands
– Are having difficulty controlling their eating habits
– Feel embarrassed about their weight
– Require a positive overhaul on their lifestyle
We won’t only navigate life’s ups and downs together, but also determine your deepest goals, then we’ll work together to reach them.

I’m a coach who believes in looking at your whole lifestyle, both in the past and right up to what it looks like right now, today.
Improving your health by making changes to your lifestyle is not just about doing press-ups and eating more greens (although they can play their part!).
Our lives are complicated.
Family, Work, Activity, Stress, Diet, Sleep, Exercise, Environment, Social
These are the areas which make up your lifestyle, healthy or not.
From my experience, the majority of people just want to improve their body fat %, improve their physical appearance, fit into their favourite clothes and feel attractive/sexy again.
It’s not your fault!
The world around us has changed, our environment has changed.
This makes it ever harder to reach your goals and dreams.
That is where I come in, as a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach.
My job is to visit all areas of your lifestyle, starting first where you feel the most priority is needed, and then gradually progressing from one to the other until positive changes start happening.
My job is to guide you, and show you how to maintain a healthier lifestyle on your own, and maintain it long-term.
If I can bring even a little positive change into your life, then I know I’m doing my job well.
